“Since joining Built to Last, I’ve lost more than 42 pounds and significantly increased my strength, daily energy, and the overall confidence. Now I’m better able to manage my emotions and stress, which has helped me show up as the best version of myself, both at work and at home with my family. I was struggling with consistency in both my training and the nutrition.

Which was negatively impacting my body composition and increasing my stress levels. I had recently a surgery, which prevented me to train for almost one month. My previous set would have regressed even further, but with the program I was even able to progress even after surgery. Leaning the program, I would be stuck in an unwanted body shape.

Procrastinating on my training and over eating to cope with stress. The program has completely changed my mindset. I no longer believe that progress is possible when everything is perfect. Building mental and physical resilience has also helped me to avoid overeating and drinking. With the support of Build to Last program, I have learned that I can continue to progress physically and mentally despite life challenges.

The Build to Last program has far exceeded my expectations. The expertise of Kirk and the coaches is invaluable, and I would say it’s nearly unmatchable in the training industry.”
