At the moment if feels like there’s a lot of anxiety out there, and it’s not easy to deal with. It’s easy to start neglecting your health. And for me, that manifested in overeating.
Eating way too much crap, putting on weight, not exercising, and quickly turning into a useless sack of sh*t.
I managed to turn some aspects of my life around, but one thing that just wouldn’t come right was the weight.
I tried every diet you can think of… paleo, keto, omad, intermittent fasting, etc., and they never worked.
But then, I came across Kirk.
That was the real turnaround point. I mean f#cking life-changing.
Kirk has a really simple list of things you need to do to get into the best shape of your life. I’m proof that it works. And there are literally dozens of other people in the group that I’ve seen this happen to.
So, I became Kirk’s client… little skeptical at first, but that didn’t last long.
Because the system was so easy to follow. And I could still eat burgers and lasagne (my 2 favourite things).
I worked out (or, actually, Kirk did) there are things that taste great and are really bad for you. And bad for your weight.
There are things that taste amazing and are really good for you. EAT THOSE.
What I appreciate most is that I can be in the best shape of my life, and still have half a dozen burgers a month. And it doesn’t feel like I’m depriving myself of things I enjoy.
I’ve never been able to train with as much intensity as I can now.
And it flows through into other areas of my life (family/business).
