Jay Hargreaves

Kirk is by far one of the best coaches/training mentors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail is none that I had experienced before. Also, I found his straight-talking, tell-it-like-it-is approach refreshing. My goal was to once and for all commit to getting in the best shape of my life with Kirk’s continuous guidance I achieved that goal in five months. Mentally you doubt yourself but having Kirk there to reassure you and help draw comparisons through his own experiences really helped. If you follow exactly what Kirk tells you to do you will achieve your fitness goal, of that there is no doubt.
