“For the last 5 years I’ve been striving to improve my physical fitness and appearance as much as possible, but I wasn’t seeing the results I knew I could achieve.

I lacked proper knowledge and key information that would take me where I wanted to go.

I would always get myself in “OK” shape by starving myself and hitting the gym as hard as I could, changing my routines over and over to try and get to where I wanted to be.

This just meant I was yoyoing with my weight and appearance constantly.

I’ve always been hesitant at investing in a coach, but signing up to Kirk and his team of professionals is one of the best things I’ve done.

In initial meeting with Kirk we evaluated where I was now, where I wanted to be, and what was holding me back.

Within days of starting my plan I noticed huge differences in my mentality and mindset. And it didn’t take long for the physical changes to start showing through.

My knowledge base improved massively, especially with regards to nutrition management and this helped me achieve my goals even faster.

I am finally on a sustainable path that is helping me look and feel exactly how I wanted to.

I couldn’t have done this without the help of Kirk, his team and the built to last community. I strive to make more self-improvements in the future, and know I’m in the right place to do so.
