I first started training with Kirk in Sept 2013, and at first was really apprehensive about training with weights, and walking into a new gym for the first time. But Kirk is one of the most approachable blokes I know and he advice and guidance has motivated me to where I am now.

When training with Kirk, he can push you to your absolute physical limits but in atotally safe way, I trust him 100%.

My confidence has grown and I couldn’t be happier with the new me.
