Works a lot.
Travels a lot.
Socialises a lot.
No week is the same for him, but he’s never out of shape.
Zach is one of the sharpest, kindest, humans we have ever coached and are blessed to have inside the Built To Last Community.
Here his story with us…
“I joined Built to Last about two years ago, and at the time I had been active, I’d always been going to the gym, but I felt I wanted to put a bit more structure around what I was doing, and in particular around the 23 hours of the day outside of the gym. And I felt that the Built to Last team was really dialed into that full picture.
Of your health and fitness. I also felt that in reflection, I go to a lot of experts in my life for different things that can be legal advisors at work, it can be a doctor for medical needs, but I wasn’t necessarily doing that for my health and fitness, but I thought I should be going to someone that knows a lot about this and dedicates their career to this and leverage that experience. A normal month for me is a lot of travel. I’m on the road probably three times a month. A lot of that is work travel. Some of that is personal travel, but every week is a bit different. And so having some structure with the built to last program has been really important for me and really helpful because I know that No matter what I have there for me, I also have a team of people there to support me and help me adapt to the situations that I’m in.
The Built to Last community is first and foremost for me a source of inspiration. It’s also a great reminder that people in this community can have very different goals with their fitness, but we all have the same drive and we’re all pushing ourselves forward. The Built to Last community is also a reminder for me to keep pushing outside my comfort zone and also to break down the limiting beliefs.
I think very often we can all feel I can’t do something or I’m not capable of that. But when you’re surrounded by people who are breaking through those types of personal best, you then feel that motivation to go do that yourself.”
